Registration, and whether it is good today
Nursing college or trade registration, checked this week. If it has lapsed, the CV goes no further.
Licensed Ontario recruiting for healthcare and construction. Tell us the role and we go and find the person — registration, tickets and references checked before a name ever reaches you, and the ones who cannot produce them do not reach you at all.
We search for your role near your site, including good people who aren’t looking yet.
Registration, tickets, police check and references, all before you see a name.
A handful of people, papers and availability attached. Anyone who fails a check never reaches you.
You’re covering it yourself, paying overtime or turning work away. It won’t get cheaper by Friday, and it wears out your best people.
Next week
Fully covered
This is the week you are trying to get to. Send us the gaps and the tickets they need, and we will work the list until the board is green.
These are the two where the paperwork is the hard part. For anything else, we’ll point you somewhere better.
Long-term care, retirement homes, home care, clinics and hospitals. Days, nights, weekends and the Christmas rota.
Commercial, residential and infrastructure. The site, the shop and the project office.
We recruit: we find the person and place them with you, on your own payroll. We cannot supply you staff on ours, and if that is what you need we will tell you so and point you elsewhere. Licence REC-0000014012 is active and sits on the public Ontario register, so you can settle all of this before you ring us.
All of this happens before the shortlist, including who it rules out.

WHMIS, Working at Heights, first aid, immunisations where needed. No copy, no introduction.
Done before the shortlist where the role needs one, not after you've made an offer.
We talk to the people who watched them work. If a reference doesn't back them up, the name comes off the list.
The shift pattern, location, pay band and the tickets needed on day one.
A search for your role near your site, including good people not yet looking.
Interview, registration, certificates and references before you see a name.
A handful of people, papers and availability attached. Not forty CVs.
Offer, start date, first shift, and a check-in two weeks later.
Send the role and your start date. We’ll come back with the search plan, the cost and a timeline we’ll stand behind.
Tell us what you do, what tickets you hold and how far you’ll travel. You never pay us anything. The employer does, by law.
No. We hold Ontario's recruiter licence, not a temp agency licence. People we place go on your payroll, not ours. If you need temps, we'll tell you on the first call.
We won't guess before we've seen the role, the pay band and the tickets it needs. On the first call you get an honest read, and we'll tell you early if it's slipping.
Permanent roles are 15% of first-year salary, or a flat $4,500 for roles under $70,000. Contract and shift work is an hourly rate with a replacement guarantee. Volume hiring is a fixed fee per hire.
Never. The law doesn't allow it. The employer pays us.
That was a list, not a shortlist. We quote per role, not per CV, so the checks happen before you see a name.
Contract and shift placements carry a replacement guarantee. For permanent roles, replacement terms are agreed in writing before you sign.
No. We do healthcare and construction, where the paperwork is the hard part. For anything else, we'll point you to someone who does it well.
Send the shift pattern, the tickets and your start date. You’ll get who we can reach, the cost and an honest read on how hard it is.
